If we can’t ship your order because we are out of stock of an item for example, we will let you know by email and give you options straight away. UK delivery is with Royal Mail 48 (up to 2KG) and Parcelforce (above 2KG.) We expect delivery to take 2-3 days anywhere in the UK. For international orders under 2kg, we ship by Royal Mail Tracked & Signed. For orders above 2Kg Parcelforce is used. International delivery times vary country to country so we can’t give an estimate on timescale, but you will receive a tracking number so you can follow the progress of your order after it has left the island.
