We use rose geranium oil in our essential oil blend for this soap bar. Geranium Oil is rich in antioxidants, promoting a radiant and glowing complexion. It can also help balance oil production making it ideal for using on your face. Ideal for both dry and oily skin types.
What does Patchouli Oil smell like?
Patchouli is a pretty, bushy plant, with pale pink-white flowers. The essential oil is extracted from its leaves, it has a deep, mossy, musky and earthy aroma. This provides a terrific base to the rounded perfume scent of this soap bar.
The Perfect Soap Scent Combination
When combined, the floral fresh and sweet notes of Geranium oil compliment the deeper scent of Patchouli Oil making for a winning soap essential oil blend. We also sprinkle some dark red, dried rose petals into the soap mix to give the perfect finishing touch. This soap not only smells and looks great, thanks to the added butters in our unique recipe, it's also deeply moisturising for your skin. Since i first stumbled upon Isle of Mull Soap I have not used any other brands. Have tried almost all and Rose & Patchouli has remained my favourite. It feels very nourishing on my skill, which tends to be dry and some time a wee bit sensitive. The scent is mesmerisingly soothing and pampering. My second favourite is Cinnamon & Citrus, and sometimes I reach for "Buzz off".
Rose and Patchouli Isle of Mull Soap is our absolute favourite 😍 BUT... disclaimer.... please do not be misled by the photo.... whether it smells good enough to or not, it is NOT for eating!!!! ;-) Love the new packaging and look forward to visiting the store in the near future 😀

I love the soaps and the hand creams. Been coming to Mull for many years. I always buy from the Mull soap company when I’m there. Good that I can buy online now.
I received my soap beautifully wrapped with a handwritten postcard. Such a lovely delivery to come home to. The soap is one of the best and smells delightful right until the very last piece. Just love the whole experience. Planning my trip to Mull for the full experience.
I actually received some in a birthday gift, I have opened one bar which is amazing, so decided to buy some for my Christmas gift drawer. Feels so luxurious.

During a stay on Mull a few years ago, the hosts of our accommodation had the Scottish Rose & Patchouli Isle of Mull Soap in the bathroom! Wow what an amazing smell!! I now can't live without it and alway pop into the shop in Tobermory if I'm on the Isle or use their very easy online shop if I run out inbetween time. It's also been a welcomed addition to stocking fillers over recent years! The service in the shop and online is second to none ... highly recommended.
We have used Mull Soaps for over 8 years now because they are so good and last a long time. We have now stopped using shower gel and use Mull soap instead! A wonderful product and we love the new styles on the boxes. We would highly recommend these soaps.
