We love a party here at Mull Soap. We host the Christmas Party on Tobermory Main Street at the end of November each year... and rumour has it we make the best mulled wine! But don't take our word for it, come and try it for yourself!

All the Tobermory Main Street Shops open for late night shopping and the town's Christmas Lights are turned on at the Clock Tower. Plenty of nibbles, discounts and good cheer.

Why not come along and join us this year?

Date for the Diary

This year's 'Tobermory Late Night Shopping and Christmas Light Switch On' is now set as Saturday 30th November 2024. The perfect event for the whole family to enjoy. If you're coming from further afield why not make a weekend of it? Mull is beautiful in the winter.

Keep an eye on our socials for more details!

The family photo in xmas jumpers has become a tradition over the years...here's us last year!

Weve been partying since 2012....take a look back with us

Stu dressed up as an elf and silly hats have also become a tradition!

Best Dressed Window Competition

On this night every year all the shops in Tobermory also take part in a Christmas window competition. This is in memory of the lovely Betty MacPhail and organised by the local Tobermory Bakery.

We have been lucky to win the award the last couple of years. Take a look at here at our Mull Soap Shop Christmas Windows

The secret to a good Soap Shop party?

Or any party? Plenty of food, drink and good tunes! Here's Stu getting the supplies in, and the kids filling their pockets.....

A highlight is always when the local choir 'Natural Voices' pop in as they make their way along the street from Tobermory's Clock Tower.

The whole community comes together

What makes this event so special is that it brings so many local businesses and the whole community together. It really kicks off festive celebrations. Look out for....

  • The Local Producers Market brimming with crafts and goodies
  • Santa's grotto
  • Lots of discounts in the shops
  • Food stalls at the Aros Hall
  • Natural Voices Choir
  • The Tobermory High School Pipeband
  • The Christmas Lights Countdown and Big  Switch On at the Clock Tower
  • and lots more......

Thanks for looking back with us. We look forward to seeing you all at the next Christmas Party, Stu & Sophie xx
